Plugin Icon Not Appearing at Top of Page (ie: Can't Insert Anchor)

I have just installed this plugin but I cannot find the icon to add it into my pages anywhere. I have tried following the post: ‘I do not see anchor tag box in pages or posts’ from above but it makes absolutely no sense to me.

Yours extremely frustratedly.
