Thanks for reporting this – I’ll check it out immediately and get back to you. Please can you send a link to your site where the player is installed? This will help identify the error.

    Thanks

I’ve tested it carefully and I cannot replicate this problem.

Are you definitely filling in all the fields correctly when adding a song to the playlist? And also did you select the playlist using the drop-down?

Sorry, just have to rule out user difficulty because I can’t see anything in the code that is causing this…

I guess the problem is that i can’t find the drop-down.
Maybe i’m blind but his is how its looks:

The red text is unclickable and i’ve tried it in both firefox and chrome.
And as i mentioned before i’ve created 2 playlists successfully, I just can’t select them when i’m gonna add the songs.

Yeah the drop down is meant to be where it currently has red text saying ‘please add playlist’…. for some reason it can’t see any playlists created. Can you double check you have created them successfully via ‘Manage Playlists’?

If still not able to make it work try these steps:

    1. Try deactivating all the other plugins then see if it works.
    2. Try it with the default twentyeleven theme and see if it works.
    3. Try on a different browser and see if it works.
    4. Try on a different computer and see if it works.
    5. Enable a debugger console and see if any error message is coming up.

Results for above steps will help isolate the error.

If you still can’t find the problem then please email me privately (you should have my details on your receipt if you bought pro version) and I will be able to troubleshoot the issue with you in more detail.

    Thanks,
    Maeve

Hi, I’ve just bought and installed the Pro version but Playlist shortcode does not work.

I have exactly the same issue.
    WordPress version 3.4.2

First of all, activating the pro version wiped all of my songs info from the free version.
So I created a playlist from “manage playlist”.
I uploaded all mp3/ogg files to WP media library.
But then when I try to add/input songs info from “manage songs”,
    I cannot choose any playlist.
    There was not dropdown list.
Playlist section shows only the red text error message that says “First Add Playlist”.

As a final results, the shortcode outputs only the sample playlist, not my playlist.

The script does not seem to work yet at least in my environment.
The feature is the same as free version.
Would you give us a refund?
I need to run all current plugin for my client neither I can turn off any of them.
Sorry, but I don’t have much time for current project and I need to find similar plugins.

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. I will look at the code and do more testing and try to identify the error and fix it as soon as possible.

I am sure you can understand plugin development is like any code work – you can test it as much as possible but still sometimes when a wider user group implement, occasionally a new problem is found. Please be patient and give me a chance to look into the issue and release a fix. This will ultimately be of benefit to all users of the plugin in the WP community.

    Thanks.

Sorry, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the plugin.
After I received the plugin file, I found that $25 was too expensive.

First of all, it didn’t even import data from the free version.
so I had to upload all the mp3 files again.
Then finally the difference from Free version was only the playlists, which did not work at all.

If you would not refund me, that is up to you.
I had to finish my project tonight using other plugin.

    Thank you

I will be happy to give you a refund if I cannot fix the problem within a reasonable period.

    Your patience is appreciated.

Announcement: Have released version 1.1 to fix this problem in Pro Version. Please update via your Plugin page.

For those that are interested, it was a jQuery/AJAX issue for a small minority of users.

@yokkun and any others who experienced the problem – thanks for your patience, and please let me know any further issues.

    Marking thread resolved now.

I deactivated the plugin and updated to 1.1 but still doesn’t work.
I don’t know what has been fixed,
but the issue has not been resolved at least in my environment.
Sorry, I don’t have time to wait for my project.

I would like a refund to my PayPal account ASAP.
    Thanx

@yokkun please email me privately explaining your issue. The forum is not the place for an argument about a refund for 1 customer.

    Thanks.

Watch out for this forum or a few updates before purchasing Pro version.
If you are in a hurry to get solution, stay with the free version at least for a few update.
At least in my environment, 1.1 still doesn’t work.
    Exactly the same screen:

Not sure to trust the word “only a small minority of users” or quickly closing the post saying “solved, case closed” too soon
Besides they don’t have any intention to give refund even if it doesn’t work.
I’ve given up on their support.
    Thanx anyway

    @wew who was previously @yokkun

Version 1.1 fixes the issue you have said you are experiencing. If it hasn’t worked in your environment you need to post a link to your site, a screenshot (your own screenshot, not just a copy of someone else’s from earlier in the thread) and describe the problem properly so I can understand it and try to help you. Negative comments and abusive behaviour is not a very productive way to get help.

I have offered you help, fixed the reported issue extremely quickly, and been as polite as possible despite your rude posts. I think now I have to ask you to please stop trolling this forum.

bought that plugin this morning, all i can say is that it does not work on IE8 , and the display of tracklist contain bugs, the song title push the buy_text button on the other line if the title text is too long. (in chrome where i can see the player works a little)

i cant put more then one buy_text button cause the others just dont appear

in the free version of the plugin a long title wrap on the other line and dont push out the buy_text button like the pro version do.

well dont know what to say about that code. the version i bought is 2.0 but even the 2.1 dont work on IE8..I spent 26$ to discover that. hum,,,

is there any possibility to get refound or to get a code that works without pain
