Plugin Hiding All Shipping Methods

    Hi there. I’ve come across a problem where WAFS is hiding all available shipping options except the free shipping, even when that option is unchecked in the settings. I have a user role of retailer on my site that should get free shipping as long as they’re in Canada and ordering more than $120 worth.

    Outside of Canada, no shipping options show up at all. In Canada, even with the hide other shipping methods option unchecked, it still hides them all.

    Can you check the shipping cache? http://jeroensormani.com/shipping-debug-mode

    Any chance you used a code snippet to hide the rates in the same situation? There are many code snippets out there that do this.

    Also, can you confirm this by disabling the WAFS plugin? I haven’t heard any other reports where it hides the rates while the option is unchecked.

    Hi there. When I disable advanced free shipping, I can see all the shipping options again. I don’t have any other snippets running as far as I can tell.

    Hi,

    Hmm, that is strange..

    Could you try and check the setting and save it, and then uncheck and save again, making sure the value is updated at the database, see if that changes anything..
