 * Is there a way for readers to sign up for email notifications when I add a post
   and/or page content to the blog?
 * Also, is there a plugin or button that I can use that works like the “send this
   article to a friend” button that online newspapers use?

   users by email when new entries are posted. Includes an admin interface.
