[Plugin: Header Slideshow] Can I use the slideshow to replace the header image in the twentyten temp

At the moment, regardless of the position of the actual slideshow, the plugin adds an empty block to the top of the entire page, which is supposed to be the container of the slideshow. With the settings provided in your plugin, I am able to move the slideshow up and down, but not the container itself.
Is it possible to move the position of the container as well so that it can be placed below the branding of the website in the twentytwelve/twentyten template?
