Plugin has disappeared

    The plugin has disappeared from my “plugins” list. The sign-up form has disappeared from the site, and the widget containing the sign-up form has also disappeared. The widget is no longer available in the widgets list.

    I have tried installing the plugin again, but I get the message below:

    “Destination folder already exists. /customers/a/1/d/brightonactors.co.uk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/”

    I cannot uninstall the plugin, as it does not appear in my list.

    The website I am working on is http://www.brightonactors.co.uk, but it is currently in maintenance mode as am developing it ahead of launch.

    Hello aguynamedguyuk,

    This seems like a strange issue and we are sorry for the trouble caused. Can you please try manually deleting the plugin folder and upload it back again (do try to download the latest version to upload).

    Do let me know how it goes.
