 * Have installed your plugin and am getting an error and now can’t access any part

   can you tell me how to resolve this urgently.

 * Hi there,
 * It is unusual for a 500 error to be caused by a plugin install but I can certainly
   take a look at this.
 * If you can paste the error from your server error logs (There doesn’t seem to
   be a server error anymore but if you can post the error from the timestamp that
   you was getting 500 error) here I can take a look into it for you.

 * You will need to speak to your hosting and ask where these can be found as it
   varies across different servers. It usually can be found under your cPanel if
   you have one.
