Hi JEns, glad to help. So are you saying that the ribbon is not working on draft/pending posts? (i.e., posts that are not published)

that is corret. I cant see at the backend your widget to set the color and the text!
So the plugin does not provide any widgets (as in, the widgets available via the Appearance > Widgets menu. The plugin only displays a small icon or button on the front-end of your site. There are no widgets displayed anywhere in the Admin Area. Unless you are saying that the plugin settings page is missing..?

Shure, your plugin has no widget, but when I create a new post, so at the backend I´ve to fill two fields for your pluin! This two fields ar in an area(Widget) and this ins´t there! So I can´t fill anything for the ribbon. Also in the old post, the area(Widget) isn´t there! But at the frontend is the ribbon to see!
What does this mean:
“when I create a new post, so at the backend I´ve to fill two fields for your pluin!”
I’m not understanding what you are trying to do. The ONLY thing the plugin provides in the Admin Area is its settings page. There is nothing else the plugin does in the backend. Only a simple ribbon or badge on the front-end.

OK see here https://ibb.co/d5j13qC there is no posibillity to add some information for you plugin
That is correct, the plugin does not provide any dashboard widget or any widgets of any kind. It simply displays a button, badge, or ribbon on the front-end of your site. Check the plugin homepage for complete description and feature list.

But how I activat the ribbon on a post?
It doesn’t work like that. The ribbon is displayed on your entire site. There is no post-specific option. The closest thing to that would be the option “Targeted Display”, where you can enter specific URLs where the ribbon/banner should be displayed.

But where is the option “Targeted Display”?
On the plugin settings page. Visit the WP Admin Area. Go to the plugin settings. Scroll down until you reach the setting called “Targeted Display”.
Hey @milchladen, I hope you got this worked out. It’s been awhile with no follow-up questions or replies, so I’m gonna mark this thread as resolved to help keep things organized. As always, feel free to post again with any further questions, comments, etc. Glad to help anytime. Thank you.

I updated this morning your plugin and I published a new post 5 minutes ago and the ribbon isn´t there! I add the shortcode [show_support_ribbon] inside my post but no ribbon. You can check out this here

I just tested adding [show_support_ribbon] to a page on default WP install. It works normally. So there must be some copy/paste error, or maybe a conflict with some other plugin?

I disabled all plugins and tied it, but it doesn´t work. So I enabled all plugins and in old post your ribbon is there, see here https://www.overlandtour.de/salzburg-card/
