[Plugin: Group Documents] SUBMIT button doesn't redirect correctly

I have a problem with this plugin because
my group addres is this
http://www.pdudine.it/GRUPPI/documenti-e-materiali/documents/

when I try to update a new document anc I click on SUBMIT it goes to the address
http://www.pdudine.it/GROUPS/strong>/documenti-e-materiali/documents/

the difference is between GRUPPI and GROUPS
(of course I would like mantein GRUPPI because it’s an italian website 😉 )

so I have an error and the document is not uploaded

ow can I correct this error?
