The API and password validate, but I get an endless spinning wheel when selecting “the form to tap into”. using Chrome. Paid for gravity forms upgrade based on this capability and have spent hours customizing the site. I see no solution on the support forum.

No, because no one has provided me with their iContact information.

Thanks, @greenapplewebs – I was able to fix this issue.

It was only affecting accounts that had no custom fields defined.
