[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory & Addons] View Entry ID Column Not Showing

I cannot for the life of me get the link that leads to the single entry to show up on my directory listing. I have the checkbox enabled and I am doing something stupid wrong. Can someone please help me through the steps. I’m about to lose my mind on this one.
