• I’m using the directory plugin and I have set the useredit to true in the settins and the limituser to true in the settings. However, the only time the edit link shows up is when I set a user’s permissions to Admin (which causes a lot of other problems). What am I overlooking here?

Also, when a user edits their entry, if they selected and uploaded an image, the image disappears when they click the update button to update the database entry.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I’m confused with this feature as well. When I click on ‘edit this entry’, it takes me to the page edit view, not to edit the actual entry.

Is there a way for subscribers to edit individual form entries?

Same problem here. when using directory add-on, only admin is able to edit the data they create, where as newly registered and approved users (subscribers) cannot edit there form data, I have all the correct permissions set in the directory settings page in forms. I am using the latest version of the plugin with gravity forms 1.6.3.3 plus gravity forms user registration add-on as well as the latest version of “new user approve”.
The form that I want users to be able to edit is the one they fill when first registering as it is part of a database that stores information about the person/s. so I need them to be able to update that info.

    cheers
