[Plugin: Gravity Form Directory Addons] Give class and id attributes to elements

    I’m using the Gravity Form Directory Addons plugin to display the user-supplied input. I’d like to have a little more control of the html that the plugin produces on the outward-facing website.

    I’ve chosen to display the html using lists instead of tables.

    How do I give id and class attributes to the lists?
