    Hi @authenticryan ,

    I’ve two hypothesis:

    1. Might be related to the theme that you are using that makes the WordPress’s init action triggered pre-maturely (or via ajax call).
    2. Might be related to the server configuration

    I’d also consider upgrading to V3 here https://utmgrabber.com/

    These issues widely address in V3. And there is FREE support with V3 to help you troubleshoot.

    Greetings Sir,

    Thank you so much for the clarity. The issue was being caused as both Nginx Direct Caching and Sitegrounds MemCaching were both active. (both were memory-based caching)

    Post disabling that, we have had no incidents of invalid first interaction points being captured.

    Your plugin is truly great and we will be considering upgrading to the V3 version.
