[Plugin: GPP Slideshow] Script refrence problem

Hi.
I’ve installedGPP Slideshow .my template didn’t support this plugin scripts.so i added these scripts manually.
When i use this code: ( <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’http://demo.graphpaperpress.com/gpp-slideshow/wp-content/themes/base/library/js/base.js?ver=3.4.1′></script> )
in my header.php every thing’s oki downloaded this jquery script from the source of Demo page and put it in /js/folder in my them.
but when i use this code in my header( <script type=”text/javascript” src=”js/base.js”></script> )or (<script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://localhost/wp-content/plugins/gpp-slideshow/js/base.js”></script>) my plugin doesn’t work correctlywhat is my mistake?
