[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Help! I've tried everything!! "There was a problem writing y

    I’ve read all the forums – tried all the fixes – what am I missing? I’ve spent countless hours on trying to configure this, still getting the error message(s) at the top of the page:
    “There was a problem writing your sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable”.

    Is there a tutorial on this anywhere? I think by trying everyone’s fixes, I’m worried I’m doing more damage. I need a FIX (that works!!) real bad.

    My intuition tells me it has something to do with the fact that my host username and URL are different? WHO KNOWS…
