[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Google sitemap generator for WP MU

I tried to install Google sitemap generator plugin with WP Mu 2.7, with the multisite plugin from wpmudev, and the created sitemap always goes to the root folder, so every time I generate a sitemap, it overwrites the previous site’s sitemap. I checked the author’s site for any word about how to use this with WP MU, I couldnt find anything. Has anybody used this plugin with WP MU and multisite plugin before?
