[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Categories / Tags should be in sitemap ONLY if updated; otherwise it p

I only have the last 20 posts put into the site map, but it seems like when I tell the sitemap to include Include categories, archives or tag pages that it includes them all (all 47 categories or 2,700 tags). This makes the site-map much to huge.

Is there anyway to make it just include the tags or categories (or archives) that are related to the posts that I just updated? I can see how there’d be more overhead if I was rebuilding all 1,800 posts, but I’m only doing the last 20 posts (and isn’t that how I should be doing it?). It seems like this would then list the few categories for each post and the appropriate tags and archive pages.

This would be even more useful when I edit older posts, it’d then reindex those older archive, category and tag pages too.
