Make sure you have Pro Pack installed. We are looking into Store Pages and running testing in preparation for a patch release coming early next week.

I already have the Pro Pack installed. But still not working.
Ok. We are testing and patching the product, but have not been able to consistently reproduce this issue.
Do you have any permalink based or other redirection plugins installed?

I have permalink structure /%category%/%postname%/ but the issue is that the plugin is not even creating the link to the website, the pages are created and works, but on the map the pins are not showing the page link. Thanks
We will be looking into the Store Pages add-on next and trying to sort out the page links. Thank you for providing more information.
I have just purchased Store Pages only, as I do not need the entire Pro Pack. All I want is for my Map to link to my Store Page. How can I do this? Why do I now need to purchase Pro Pack for Store Pages to work? It does not say that purchasing Pro Pack is a prerequisite, and if it is you should be clear about that on your website.

I still have the same issue, that’s a shame because this is the main feature of the plugin. Store Pages must have a quick update to resolve this.
Have you upgraded to version 3.3? We resolved a linking issue with SLP Store Pages in that release.
More bugs have been squashed related to Store Pages. Patch coming this week in v3.4.

I bought your ‘store pages’ add on yesterday. It’s great but I’m having a couple of problems.
First of all I’m afraid but the ‘pages replace website’ function is still not working properly. (I have also updated to 3.4) It only works if I select a location first. When I click on an icon on the map without selecting a location first, it redirects to the store’s website url. But if, for example, I search for Torino, then it works for all the listings returned. I hope you have good news on this…
The second, serious problem is that it’s impossible to leave comments on the store pages I edit. The store pages that I’ve edited show: ‘Sorry the comment form is closed at this time’.
The very reason why I bought store pages, as well as for seo purposes, is so that I could have a page for each listing and therefore users could comment on these listings. Is it a known issue?
