Liquidweb, the CSA hosting provider, has managed to crash the server AGAIN. This is the second time in less than 60 days they have managed to shut down the primary server which impacts the online ordering system, license system, and basic technical documentation.
We are currently at the mercy of their tech staff to get this back online as we have ZERO access to our own server at this point. They will not give an ETA for getting the server back online.
If you cannot access the CSA site please check back. You can also ping Liquidweb support via email@example.com and reference ticket #3478008 to ask them for an ETA on the CharlestonSW.com domain coming back online.
