A couple of issues, I used to have a pulldown menu that showed me all of the cities from my list of 200+ stores. That disappeared and if someone could help that would be great!

Secondly I am not getting red pointers that show all of my 200+ stores.

Thirdly I have set up Google Maps API and I am not sure if I did it right. I have turned on only Google Maps API v3, not sure if that is right or not. If someone could please help and advise.

    Regards,
    Rob

The cities pulldown is a checkbox setting for Pro Pack users. You need to have a license for the Pro Pack license for that to appear.

Your map appears to be working at least with Firefox, Chrome, and IE.

The search results are not appearing below the map. There is a static list of several locations shown that always appear. However, the green arrow map marker does respond to the search location entered. But there are 6 other red balloon markers on the US map that seem to be fixed in place (appear on all searches.)

Upgrade to 3.5.3, this bug has been fixed.
