[Plugin: Google Maps All In One] map icon not showiing in Advanced Custom Fields tinyMCE

Hello,

I installed this and everything is fine except the map icon to insert the map does not show in the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) tinyMCE that i’m using for a custom post type.

It works in the standard WordPress tinyMCE, and I’m hoping to get it to show with the ACF tinyMCE.
