# [Plugin: Google Forms] Page Not Found

 * OK – I know I have to be doing something really stupid here. However, I cannot
   figure it out. I have tons of Google Docs and use it all the time. I love the
   Google Forms and really want to incorporate them into my site.
 * I installed the plugin and completed the info for the page and it seems straight
   forward but I’m not having any luck and keep getting a ‘Page Not Found’ error.
 * I took the URL that I used on the plugin page and put it in my browser and it
   works. If I try the permalink, no luck.
 * I tried a second form with the same results.
 * The form is published publicly.
