 * I would love to specify a particular page to open to automatically when the page
   loads, along the lines of this:

 * Thanks for pointing out that thread. I had the first code in the plugin already
   but never documented it, as mentioned in that thread, it does not work for some
   reason. I’ll be sure to integrate this in the next version!
