    Can you give me an example of a document and browser that does not work?

    Have you tried both the Standard and Enhanced Viewer option?

    Happy to help if I can; there used to be IE7/8 issues but these have basically disappeared in more recent updates to Google’s viewer. I’m not aware of any browser-specific issues at this time.

    EDIT: Use the “support” link in the plugin list to email the developer (me) directly with specific information about problem documents or browsers that you may not care to post here.
