After working for some time I can no longer login or create a valid secret.
After getting back in with the active box unchecked by another admin I can set up a new account and the new details and secret show in saved, but if I log out and try to login the login fails.
Telling me the authenticator code is incorrect or has expired.
I created a test user, and when I try to create one on their account I can create it and the secret shows as saved, but when I try to log back in I get the same error.
I've tried on Android, I've tried on iPhone and it doesn't work. Other users are able to login.
Any ideas what's happening? If I disable and reactivate this plugin will it require all users to re-set up their authenticator?
