    The CleanPrint plug-in inserts anchors into the page and when the Google Analytics for WP is activated those HTML is trashed (quotes become mismatched). I’m guessing its breaking other plug-ins that inject anchors.

    Deactivating this plug-in or turning off ‘Track outbound clicks & downloads’ resolves the issue (but then there is no GA going on).

  • Awkward maybe, but noticed GA for WP author also contributed major rewrite of PrintFriendly plugin 3.*, so he might be able to shed some light.
