Thanks for the great plugin! It has exactly the features I needed to get Google Analytics working with my blog. It required no editing of themes, it “just worked”!
I just wanted to let you know that the plugin does not generate valid XHTML 1.1 blogroll anchor (link) tags. In particular, the outgoing links for the blogroll end up with a rel=”” attribute in the ‘a’ element. This is incorrect syntax according to the w3.org validator, the rel element should be omitted (see http://bit.ly/b9rZJ for the output of the validator for my blog).
A possible solution could be to check for an empty link_rel from the database and either set the link_rel to ‘friend’. Or add an option to the Google Analytics for WordPress Configuration Admin page to allow the user to enter a relationship attribute to be used when the relationship is not set for a blogroll link.
