[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Only tracks home Page – how do i track other pages

Its working fine for my Home page and tracks all hits, but it doesn’t track separate pages on my site, the info in Google Analtics tells me i need to put my tracking code in all pages. – If this is the case can anyone tell me how to do it because i cannot find were i need to put my code in individual pages..
