  • Hello,

    SexyBookmarks adds some longer piece of JS into onclick events of its links.

    onclick=" if(typeof(SHR_config) == 'undefined' || !SHR_config) { window['SHR_config'] = {}; }

    When Google Analytics for WordPress is on and it has “Track outbound clicks & downloads:” turned on, it will change the above to:

    onclick=" if(typeof(SHR_config) == "undefined' || !SHR_config) { window['SHR_config'] = {}; }

    So it breaks the syntax. IE typically can’t handle such errors.

    Anybody having the same issue?

    Here a quick and dirt fix which can be put into functions.php. It make sure SexyBookmarks are added after Google Analytics for WordPress does its job:

    add_filter('the_content', 'shrsb_position_menu');
    add_filter('the_content', 'shrsb_position_menu', 100);

    Thanks,
    Martin
