  • Dear Sir, thank you for a great plug-in. I’ve noticed that my jquery effects has compability issues with the Google Analytics plugin for wordpress. In one of my pages the jquery effects stops working when I activate the plug-in.

    I’m using this code in header.php to call the effect for the specific page.

    if (is_front_page()) {
    include(‘jcarousel/jcarousel.php’);
    } elseif (is_page(12)) {
    include(‘jcarousel/showcases.php’);

    } elseif (is_page(26)) {
    include(‘jcarousel/jquerytrigger.php’);
    } elseif (is_page(68)) {
    include(‘jcarousel/jquerytrigger.php’);
    }

    This is the actual code in showcases.php which is exeuted by the call from the header.

    <!– jQuery library –>
    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_directory’);?>/jcarousel/lib/jquery-1.7.2.min.js”></script>
    <!– jCarousel library –>
    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_directory’);?>/jcarousel/lib/jquery.jcarousel.min.js”></script>
    <! — jCarousel stylesheet –>
    <link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_directory’);?>/jcarousel/visual/showcases/skin.css” />
    <! — jCarousel script loading –>
    <script type=”text/javascript”>
    jQuery(document).ready(function() {jQuery(‘#mycarousel’).jcarousel({
    // Configuration goes here
    });
    });
    </script>
