All right, I want to track file downloads in a folder labeled /podcasts/

So it would be, for example, http://www.theparacast.com/podcasts/

    Am I clear?

    They are MP3 files.

Do I then enter /podcasts/, the name of the folder as the Download prefix or the first word in the file’s name? This isn’t too clear.

I did add MP3 as the file type in the file extensions category.

    So clarification is in order.

    Peace,
    Gene Steinberg

Not to be obnoxious about this, but I would have hoped someone would have a simple answer to this question by now.

So the author writes on his Contact page:

For issues with WordPress plugins, please use the WordPress.org support forums, I will answer your question there! Support email about plugins will usually NOT be answered. Each plugin page has a link to that plugins support page on the forums.

So what am I missing? There has been no response here whatever.

I finally got a response after writing twice using the author’s contact form. He seems to feel that if you aren’t hiring him for one of his services, he has no reason to support his free and open source products.

My solution, after getting a half-baked email response, was to switch to another plugin, Google Analyticator, which provides similar functions. Hopefully the author of that plugin will show more respect for the people who take the time to install and use his products.

    Peace,
    Gene
