[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Change Default Access Level

  • I’m running 3.1 in multisite mode, with the ldap plugin. By default, it looks like in yst_plugin_tools.php the default access level is set to “edit_user”, which admins do not have on my system.

Wouldn’t it make more sense for the default access level to be something such as “manage_options”?

  • That’ll actually have to become a setting for multisite once I get around to upgrade the plugin and add network settings… Some people might agree with you, others might not. Even worse is the fact that all my plugins use yst_plugin_tools, and thus if you have multiple plugins by me running you’d have to change it in the one that comes first, alphabetically 🙂
