 * Hello, The site is using php 5.6 but at the top of the admin screen I see:
 * “PHP 5.2 will be deprecated in a future version of NextGEN. Please upgrade your
   PHP installation to 5.3 or above.”
 * If I click dismiss it pops up a dialog box that says “undefined” so I can’t dismiss
   it either

 * [@winterstreet](https://wordpress.org/support/users/winterstreet/) – What PHP
   version are you seeing under Gallery > Overview | Site Details?
 * If this is also showing PHP version 5.6 we will likely need to have a deeper
   look into your site. If this is the case, please send us a Bug Report ([https://imagely.com/report-bug/](https://imagely.com/report-bug/)…
   please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your
   site.
 * Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand
   so we can move on this as fast as possible.
 * Thanks!

 * Thanks for the response, I don’t think the issue is particular to your plugin.
   I installed something else that shows the php version and it too shows 5.2. I‘
   m talking with the host but they seem stumped so far. Thanks

 * [@winterstreet](https://wordpress.org/support/users/winterstreet/) – When the
   PHP was compiled something might have been missed and that could be why it is
   still reporting PHP 5.2 instead of what you expect as PHP 5.6
 * Thanks for the follow-up!
 * – Cais.
