    The last 3 lines of hidden text look like this:
    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_message” value=”1″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_required” value=”name,email” />

  • In case it is helpful, I am using Studio Press’ Mindstream Child Theme. I will wait a while before adding the “first name” box because it does not look good. If you ever update that theme and can give me some CSS hints, then I’ll add the first name. For now, as I mentioned above, the email address field is fine.

    I don’t have a techie background, so the tutorials were very helpful. Any help would be appreciated. I know the solution is likely simple 🙂
