[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Review not working – just a tiny blue box with question mark

hi,
i was hoping you could help me with an issue i’m facing with GD Star Rating. I’d like to use the plugin for reviews, but when i select a value and type in the shortcode [starreview], all i get is a tiny blue box with a question mark. My guess was that the image files were stored in the wrong place, but since the plugin works for ratings – and looks awesome by the way – I’m pretty sure its something else.
