[Plugin: GD Star Rating] How to show post-thumbnail in Star Widget

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to display the post-thumbnail in the stars widget.

I know it’s been said that the solution is to use custom fields, but i have hundreds of posts, all of them with the post-thumbnail set, I wouldnt know how to access these post-thumbnails through custom fields.
