[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Function to call to show comment thumbs?

I use GD star rating to give a thumbs up or down to each post comment, giving it an overall score. I’ve just added wp-comment-master to my site and this uses AJAX to load the comments which is resulting in the loading message being displayed for each comment but not the thumbs themselves. I understand that the function is not being called to display the ratings upon the AJAX load – which function do I need to call on success of the AJAX method to get them to appear?
