As far as I can tell, there’s some kind of conflict between the UI in this plugin and the WP Engine plugin UI – I’m pretty sure both are using Bootstrap, so this makes some sense. * Here’s a screenshot of what this (and also the Font Awesome plugin) looks like running on a WP Engine hosted site.
