[Plugin: Front-end Editor] Optionspage add/remove toolbar buttons

Perhabs there are some good reasons that scribu didn’t add an admin box to add or remove the toolbar buttons, but for me it’s very useful so I modified the plugin a bit, I hope thats ok.
I’m not so skilled in creating plugins (it’s my first time I had modify one 😉 ), but it works.
