[Plugin: Front-end Editor] Changing editor to TinyMCE

    Hi Scribu,

    I’ve been attempting to change the editor to use TinyMCE so that it is more consistent withe other parts of WordPress. I’ve identified what I think are all the important parts to your wonderful code, but I seem unable to get TinyMCE to initialise at the correct time once the textarea tag is created.

    I noticed some comments you have made about using TinyMCE which seemed to suggest you had looked into this yourself. What problems did you identify? Are they resolvable? Are you considering TinyMCE integration in a future release?

    Yes, the initialisation is the tricky part.

    Among other things, I’ve tried setting mode to ‘none’ and then adding each textarea, as described here, but that didn’t work.

    If you do get this working, please let me know.
