[Plugin: Front-end Editor] Cannot view full editor – "Save" button missing

Hello,

This looks like a great plugin. My only issue is that the full text editor is not appearing on my website http://glutenfreeworks.com. My website is 3 panel, so I’m not sure if the width of the post column is affecting the text editor.

Please advise how I may expand the text editor to view all the buttons. (I am relatively new to programming, so please provide all directions, even if they seem simple to you.)
