[Plugin: Fotobook] Hidden albums in widget Lightbox issues

I just activated the widget for Fotobook, which is great, but I find that it’s putting pictures from albums I’m choosing not to display into “recent pictures”. When I click on the picture, it takes me to full-size embedded, but then when I try to go “back to album”, it says the album is not available. Is there a way to modify the plugin to make it truly hide/ignore these albums?

Also, I’m having trouble getting Lightbox to work. I had version 2.0.2 installed, which works fine with Fotobook, but wipes out the top 500 pixels of my page for some reason. I updated to the Lightbox 2.8.2 (developed separately?) and that works fine with my page, but Fotobook seems to think that I don’t have Lightbox installed because it still pops up in a new window. The old window is greyed out, though, with no picture. Is there a way to make Fotobook either recognize the new Lightbox or force it not to do the popup behavior?
