# Plugin forms don’t load

 * Donation forms don’t load on a page or preview. I tried to stop the ssl plugin,
   to stop Fastest Cache, to clear the cache of the forms and the site, to change
   the permanent links. Nothing succeeds. The preload rotates and doesn’t load the
   form.
    I have updated to the latest version of the plugin. Would you give me 
   some advice? Thanks!

 * Your form is throwing an error message that is consistent with an issue we discovered

 * Basically, if you are running PHP 7.2 or lower the multi-step form template does
   not work.
 * Our team is looking into this and any progress will be posted on that link.
 * The quick workaround, for now, is to use the Legacy form template.
 * You should also consider upgrading to PHP 7.3 or 7.4 as required by WordPress:
