• Have encountered this message after creating first form and uploading it.
    “Your message has NOT been sent successfully.
    Mail server error. Unable to send email using the built-in WordPress mail controls. “
    That is using the alternate mail settings. It suggested I switch the first time I uploaded since it encountered the same problem.
    Just curious what might be keeping this from sending?

  • I have this same problem. I did try using the alternate mail settings. There was no change.

    This would imply to me that your web host is blocking the sending of email from PHP. I recommend you talk to them about how to configure the server to send properly. I’d also like to hear the results and find out if there is anything we can do to improve FormBuilder’s ability to send mail on hosts like these.

    I have the same problem. I am testing in appserv in localhost.
