 * This plugin is working perfectly for me, although i’d like to make a change to
   the way it creates the subject for emails sent.
 * I would like to get it to use the text entered in one of the form fields, rather
   than the title of the form itself, which will make it easier to look through 
   emails in my inbox – having them all named the same thing makes it difficult 
   to find what i’m after.
 * I’m a complete novice when it comes to PHP, can anyone point me in the right 
   direction for changing this code?
