 * Hey,
 * Not sure if this is the correct section, if not kindly move it.
 * I’m wondering if such a plugin exists that allows me as the administrator of 
   a site to upload images to a gallery specifically for only that user. For example,
   before and after images uploaded to a specific customer and then another set 
   of images for another customer? Preferrably that they can see their photos while
   logged in on my site through their memberpanel or something similar.

 * You can use Ultimate Member for this functionality.

 * Each user would need to create an account, or you could create one for them.
   
   You can then restrict content to their profile page.
 * If you would like to search for others, you can look for :
    – membership plugins,
   or – restrict content plugs
