 * Hi,
 * Just wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that allows visitors to upload files
   to a temp directory that is designated by the admin, allows the admin to authorize
   the upload and then moves it to a “public” folder which can be used for image
   galleries, video galleries in conjunction with other plugins…
 * If so – I would more than appreciate the heads up – thanks!
 * If not and there is someoen willing to create this plugin to extend the functionality
   and web 2.0 charactaristics of wordpress, please feel free to hit me back or 
   PM me.
