 * Hopefully someone can help, I am looking to see if there is a plugin that will
   allow me to charge a registration fee prior to a visitor being able to book tickets
   for an event.
 * At the moment the tickets are on ticket tailor but I require the buyer to have
   registered first prior to being able to purchase tickets.
 * Is there a way to do this, I know ticket tailor can be password protected for
   sales, but the password would be the same for everyone.
 * Any suggestions? It is to allow users to return to purchase more tickets or events
   if needed, but more so to ensure they have paid their registration.
