# Plugin for questionnaire/ survey??

 * I’ve been trying to find a plugin for wordpress for the last couple of days that
   will allow me to create a questionnaire for my website.
 * There are quite a few listed in the extensions section under searches such as‘
   forms, survey, questionnaire’, but suprisingly none of them are what I’m looking
   for.
 * The questionnaire is over 70 questions long, so basic free sites such as Survey
   Monkey are no use to me.
 * The questionnaire is for a dissertation and requires text area fields for users
   to type their opinion, rather than always picking from multiple choice answers.
 * After the survey is completed I would like to just be able to view each submission
   at a time – I’m not bothered about statistical analysis.
 * I’m not capable of coding one in PHP myself which is why I have been looking 
   for a plugin. Does anybody know any other plugins I may have overlooked?… or 
   know anything that might help?

 * you could create one yourself with CForms II as you can create as many text -
   or other – fields as you like
